Why We Chose Denver: RR&A’s Newest Office Location

Published August 6, 2025

When deciding on our next office location, the team at RR&A looked at three factors. First, we looked for a city that had a good culture fit. Next, we sought out a place where we could find top legal talent. And last but certainly not least, we wanted to choose a location that’s as diverse as we are, serving all the facets of the energy sector and beyond.

Denver People are our Kind of People

One of the things that sets RR&A apart as a great place to work is our culture. We here at RR&A are wildly protective of our culture. In fact, one of our Core Values is “The Career We Want in the Environment We Deserve.” Being a lawyer is tough. It just is. And there are easier ways to make a living. But for those of us who love what we do and are ready to roll up our sleeves and work hard at it, shouldn’t we be allowed to “maintain balance without guilt”? That’s what RR&A is all about.

In the time that I’ve been coming to Denver, the professionals that I’ve encountered feel the same way. In Denver, you work hard so you can go home on time. When things need to get done, they get done, but you aren’t interested in killing yourselves over arbitrary deadlines and busy work. You value the flexibility that comes along with accountability … and so do we. If you’re an attorney in Denver and this resonates with you, I want to hear from you.

Stay in Denver, Grow With RR&A

At RR&A, we are always looking for talented people. One of the problems with living in and around Denver is that the city goes through cycles. Right now, it’s starting a down cycle. With consolidations and companies moving out of Colorado, there are fewer jobs to go around and less work for attorneys to do. But you don’t want to leave Colorado, we get it.

At RR&A, we have clients all across the country who need legal assistance. While we are certainly aiming to do more work in the Rockies, there is always plenty of work to go around. From Title Opinions in the Permian Basin to Commercial Contracts in Appalachia and Transactions in the Haynesville, it’s never a dull moment.

So if you’re interested in joining a thriving team, give us a shout.

Denver Has a Lot Going On

At RR&A, we’re about more than just traditional oil and gas. From alternative energy and renewables to energy technology, we can do it all. That’s why Denver is such a perfect location for us. Denver has it all. Even outside of energy, Denver is a hub for infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, and industrials. And that’s where we are headed. Join us.
