Must haves:
- A combination of in-house and law firm experience
- Experience in upstream E&P
- Experience with commercial and Land contracts
- Admitted to Texas Bar (bonus point for Louisiana, too)
Good to Haves:
- Experience with transactions or litigation
- Knowledge of NM, OK, ND or NY oil and gas law
