Saayem Rahman was born and raised in Texas, where he obtained his B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020 and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2024. After studying energy law and working in-house at an energy company, Saayem began clerking at R. Reese & Associates to further his knowledge of oil and gas and energy law in his 3L year. Saayem enjoys reading, playing sports, and spending time with his family in his spare time.
