Jenn offers a valuable perspective on deal work: prior to her private practice, she held in-house leadership roles in land and business development, where she negotiated commercial and land agreements, assessed and formulated growth strategies, and managed acquisitions and divestitures. This operator-side experience enhances her current practice, enabling her to provide advice that balances legal analysis with practical and economic considerations essential to successful transactions.
