Jam serves as RR&A’s Administration & Marketing Assistant. She supports each team in their efforts to help the firm maintain sensible, effective internal functionality and an honest, ever-growing external presence. Whether helping boost morale in our DFW office or strategizing ways to improve existing procedures, Jam balances work across departments with enthusiasm and vigor.

In her professional career, Jam has spent over ten years collecting skill sets like the Infinity Stones. With her background in graphic design, promotional sales, accounting, and HR, she draws on her expertise to help others thrive. From routine tasks to one-off projects she’s assigned, Jam aims to revitalize the mundane, approach aspiration with realism, and bring an energy anyone would love to work alongside.

Once the workday is done, Jam loves to express herself in writing and vector art, crochet fun projects, spend quality time with her friends, and connect with the world around her.
