Shannon advises clients on complex litigation proceedings at both the state and federal level, including jury trials, arbitration, and appellate issue briefing. She is also experienced in negotiating and drafting transactional documents including partnership agreements, operating agreements, and commercial leases. Prior to joining the firm, Shannon was an associate at a business litigation firm where she also guided clients through open government and election matters, including obtaining Attorney General opinions and related litigation. She is also experienced in financial forensics, previously working at a boutique accounting firm where she supervised a team providing analytical and forensic accounting support for expert witness testimony related to complex litigation and fraud matters.  Shannon received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2014 and is a licensed attorney by the State Bar of Texas and California.
