Adam Osbeck

Adam has provided legal guidance to upstream exploration and production companies, oilfield service companies, and midstream infrastructure companies in increasingly challenging roles since graduating law school. He’s collaborated with law firms and companies throughout the United States to identify risk and mitigate exposure as well as evaluating existing litigation matters for trial and/or settlement.

For more than a decade, he has provided in-house legal support to two of the largest domestic oil and gas companies, Marathon Oil Company and Hess Corporation. His responsibilities included supporting onshore unconventional shale plays in New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming, as well as operated and nonoperated offshore conventional assets in the Gulf of Mexico. His extensive experience working in-house has given him the skills to know and understand all of the different parts of any matter, both big and small.

Adam received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and his B.S. from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed attorney by the State Bar of Texas and member of the American Bar Association, Houston Bar Association and Texas Young Lawyers Association. Our firm is continuously growing in achieving its highest level. You’re going to be a valuable asset to the firm and we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish.
